During the summer of 2025, I joined Google as a UX Design Intern on the developer UX team, where my focus was on advancing the usability and adoption of an internal conversational LLM. Throughout the internship, I worked on three end-to-end design projects that spanned prototyping, interaction design, and long-term feature planning.

Here is a breakdown of what my summer looked like.
How to increase feedback collection for an internal LLM tool.
I took on the challenge of improving an internal conversational AI's user feedback system. Direct feedback was minimal, making it difficult for the team to evaluate the AI's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. My work directly contributed to a planned beta test that is scheduled to take place in October.
LLM tool best practices and knowledge sharing.
To support the long-term development of the AI, my team explored ways to improve knowledge sharing. My second project focused on the idea of a prompt library, a feature that would allow users to save and share effective prompts. My work involved researching existing prompt libraries and rapidly prototyping different design options. I explored designs for both shared and personal libraries to address various user needs.
Designing advanced searching with context.
My third project centered on designing the user experience for a new feature that would allow users to create and reference curated collections of links within the AI.I focused on developing a minimum viable product to get a functional version into users' hands quickly. I defined the core user journey and considered the feature’s potential for future development and its broader impact on other teams.
